"I draw inspiration from the horse chestnut tree chapter. The horse chestnuts' enchanting beauty evokes admiration, but my focus shifts to its edible cousin, the sweet chestnut. While the sweet chestnut may not be as practical as the horse chestnut in some ways, it serves as a poignant reminder of the unfortunate choice to favor an inedible tree over one that could have provided nourishment to all. It symbolizes the recurring oversight of opting for mere beauty while disregarding the potential for abundant, freely available sustenance."
