Dazzle opens in 12th century Georgia with Ring Master making a deal with generals to destroy an enemy army.

Flash forward to later in the 20th century as Dazzle circus and some of its main players are introduced at a circus performance in Transylvania, Romania. Dazzle #0 introduces Tsisana and Zaar, the knife throwing duo that are two of the story’s main characters.
