Returns and refunds are only available for damaged or defective products.
Customer must notify info@pushpullseattle.com within 48 hours of receipt with name, order number, and photos showing damage.
Items must be returned upon request. Push/Pull will pay for return shipping and send a prepaid label. Refunds will be processed once items are received back if requested. No charges if product is verified to be defective or damaged.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment received. Items that are in good condition can be exchanged for store credit in-person.
